To get registered for CVRP2026, please send us an email with information about your full name, institution, and current status to the conference email:

If you would like to contribute, please send an extended abstract of your work to the conference email, following the instructions below.

Abstract Submission

The deadline for extended abstract submission is October 31, 2026!

1. Download the extended abstract template: link
2. Prepare your abstract in DOC or DOCX file format.
3. Save your abstract file under the name: First Author Full Name.doc(x).
4. The extended abstract should be between two and four A4-size pages.
5. Send your abstract to the email address: hoikhcnvietnamtaibalan@gmail.com
6. Please mention your preferred presentation format, oral presentation or poster presentation, in the email.

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee. Accepted contributions will be included in the conference program and published in the conference proceedings with an ISBN number.

Conference Fee Information

Participation in CVRP2026 is free of charge, and no conference registration fee is required.

However, regular participants, except plenary and invited speakers, who would like to join the conference dinner on November 19th, 2026, are kindly requested to pay 200 PLN, to be confirmed.

Payment can be made at the registration desk.

Participants who wish to receive the conference kit and participant certificate, as well as register for the conference dinner, are kindly requested to complete the registration form below:
